You’ll feel a tingling sensation for around 5 minutes as the pouch begins to work. As these are moist nicotine pouches, they’ll release nicotine faster for quicker craving satisfaction. Nordic Spirit nicotine pouches are available in multiple strengths, which makes it easy to find your perfect level. If you’re just starting out, we recommend going for a lower strength such as the 6mg option. Each pack contains 20 pouches. Please Note: Do not chew, suck or swallow these pouches – they’re only designed to be placed behind your top lip. Contains: 20 x Nordic Spirit Frosty Mint Pouches
