Aspire Gotek Refillable Vape Pods
Aspire Gotek replacement pods are the consumable element of the Gotek pod kit range. Each pod contains a built-in mesh coil that cannot be replaced separately; when the coil reaches the end of its life, the whole pod is swapped out. This is what some searchers mean when they look for “Aspire Gotek coils” or “Gotek X coils”; the pod is the coil on these devices. Pods are sold in packs of two, are side-fill via a silicone bung stopper, and are made from PCTG with a clear e-liquid window.

The 0.8Ω pod is the most widely compatible option in the Gotek range and is the pod included in the Gotek X kit. It delivers a tight, cigarette-like MTL draw with restrained vapour production, which makes it well suited to nic salts and 50/50 e-liquids. It is the right choice if you are using the original Gotek X or Gotek S, as those devices do not support the 0.6Ω variant.

The 0.6Ω pod gives a more open, warmer draw than the 0.8Ω and suits vapers who prefer a looser inhale or slightly more vapour. It is the pod supplied with the Gotek X II kit as standard. It requires a higher wattage than the 0.8Ω variant, which is why it is not compatible with the original Gotek X or Gotek S; those devices do not output enough power to fire it correctly. If you are using a Gotek X or Gotek S, use the 0.8Ω pod only.

The XL pods hold significantly more e-liquid than the standard 2ml pod, which means fewer refills throughout the day. They suit vapers who find the standard pod runs out too quickly, or anyone who prefers to carry less e-liquid with them. The coil resistance, draw style, and e-liquid recommendations are the same as the matching standard variant. Replace the XL pod when flavour drops off or vapour production decreases, just as you would a standard pod.

E-Liquid and Priming Guide
All Gotek pods work best with nic salts, bar salts, 50/50, or high-PG freebase e-liquids. High-VG liquids above 60-70% VG can cause the mesh coil to struggle, leading to dulled flavour and potential dry hits, so these are best avoided. When fitting a new pod for the first time, fill it, replace the bung, and leave it to sit for 5-10 minutes before vaping. This allows the e-liquid to fully saturate the cotton wicking material and prevents a burnt taste on the first few draws. Gotek pods typically last one to two weeks depending on vaping frequency and e-liquid type; sweeter bar salts and high-sugar e-liquids tend to shorten coil life faster than standard nic salts.
