Description
Doozy Seriously Pod Fill Shortfill E-Liquid
Doozy Seriously Pod Fill is a range of 100ml shortfill e-liquids from Doozy Vape Co, a UK-based brand established in 2015 and ISO 9001 accredited. Unlike most shortfills, which are blended at 70/30 VG/PG for sub-ohm use, Pod Fill is blended at 50/50 VG/PG specifically for pod kits, AIO devices, and MTL tanks running coils at 0.8ohm or higher. The 50/50 ratio gives the liquid a thinner consistency that wicks quickly and cleanly in lower-powered setups, delivering strong flavour without the dry hits or coil stress that come from using high-VG liquids in pods.
All 10 flavours in the range use Doozy’s double concentrate formula, which produces flavour intensity comparable to a 10ml nic salt or disposable vape in a 100ml bottle. Each 120ml bottle ships with 100ml of 0mg e-liquid and 20ml of headspace for two 10ml nic shots, bringing the finished volume to approximately 3mg. The range is compatible with both freebase and nicotine salt nic shots.

VG/PG Ratio and Device Compatibility
The 50/50 VG/PG ratio is what sets Seriously Pod Fill apart from the rest of the Doozy shortfill range. Standard shortfills at 70/30 or 80/20 are too thick to wick correctly in the tight coil channels of pod kits and low-powered devices. Pod Fill’s equal VG/PG split gives it a thinner, more mobile consistency that saturates lower-resistance pod coils quickly and evenly, avoiding dry hits and keeping flavour consistent from first fill to last. It is best used in refillable pod kits, AIO devices, and MTL tanks with coils at 0.8ohm or higher. Sub-ohm tanks, mesh coil boxes, and any device running coils below 0.6ohm are not the right match for this ratio and will not produce the intended experience. The double concentrate formula means flavour intensity remains high even at the lower wattages these devices operate at.
Bottle Format and Mixing
Each 120ml bottle ships with 100ml of e-liquid at 0mg nicotine. The 20ml of headspace is sized for two standard 10ml nic shots. Unlike high-VG shortfills where only freebase nic shots are recommended, Pod Fill’s 50/50 base is compatible with both freebase nic shots and nicotine salt shots. Salt nic shots give a smoother throat hit at the same strength, which works well for vapers who prefer the sensation closer to a disposable vape. Adding two 18mg freebase shots creates approximately 120ml at 3mg. Adding two 20mg salt nic shots creates approximately 120ml at 3.3mg with a smoother delivery. Shake thoroughly after adding your shots before filling your device.
