SMOK Vape Pen Replacement Coils are the factory coil heads for the SMOK Vape Pen family of pen-style tanks and kits, sold in a convenient 5-pack. Built on the Vape Pen coil system with its elongated body and four wicking ports, these heads wick quickly and consistently to keep flavor steady from the first draw to the last. Choose from three resistances to match your vaping style: a Meshed 0.15Ω head rated 30-50W for dense, evenly heated vapor, an X4 quad-core 0.4Ω head rated 20-50W (best at 30-40W), and a DC 0.6Ω head rated 12-25W.
Each coil uses organic cotton wicking. The mesh variant spreads heat across a wide strip for fast ramp-up and full-bodied flavor at higher power, while the X4 head uses four coils in parallel for quick heating and generous cloud production. The DC 0.6Ω head heats up faster at modest wattage and delivers a plumper, more concentrated taste, making it the pick for lower-power, flavor-first sessions. All three thread into the tank base with a simple screw-in fit; prime the cotton with a few drops of e-liquid and let the coil soak before firing.
Every pack contains five individually sealed coils of a single resistance. The Vape Pen coil system is shared across the SMOK Vape Pen 22 Kit, Vape Pen V2 60W Kit, Vape Pen Plus Kit and the standalone Vape Pen Tank, so one pack keeps any of those setups running. Note that the Vape Pen Nord 19/22 and Nord 2 devices use SMOK’s separate Nord coil series rather than these heads. Pair the resistance to the wattage range above for the best balance of flavor, vapor and coil life.
SMOK Vape Pen Replacement Coils Coil Guide:
Meshed 0.15Ω: SMOK rates it 30-50W. Mesh coil with the highest starting wattage of the three, and supplied two to a Vape Pen V2 kit.
X4 0.4Ω: SMOK rates it 20-50W, best 30-40W. Quadruple-core coil with the widest range of the three, and not packed in the Vape Pen V2 kit.
DC 0.6Ω: SMOK rates it 12-25W. Lowest wattage of the three, and an optional coil not packed in the Vape Pen V2 kit.
