FreeMax Mesh Pro Replacement Coils are the screw-in atomizer heads for FreeMax’s Mesh Pro tank platform, sold three to a pack. Each head is built on FreeMax’s FM COILTECH mesh design, pairing a wide mesh heating element with a 90% flax cotton fiber and 10% cotton wicking blend for fast e-liquid saturation, even ramp-up, and the dense, full flavor that made the Mesh Pro line a sub-ohm staple.
The series spans five mesh configurations so you can match the coil to your wattage and draw. The Kanthal Single Mesh 0.15Ω (40-70W) suits lower-power flavor chasing, the SS316L Single Mesh 0.12Ω is the stainless steel coil for temperature control mode (rated 400-550°F, best 500°F, with no wattage rating), the Double Mesh 0.2Ω (60-90W) is the everyday all-rounder, and the Triple Mesh 0.15Ω (80-110W) and Quad Mesh 0.15Ω (80-120W) push warmer vapor and bigger clouds for high-power builds.
These threaded heads are the direct replacement for FreeMax M Pro (Mesh Pro), M Pro 2 (Maxus Pro), Fireluke Pro, and Fireluke tanks, making them an easy restock for any customer running a Maxus 200W kit or Mesh Pro tank. The three-coil pack keeps a direct-lung sub-ohm setup running without hunting for individual heads.
FreeMax Mesh Pro Replacement Coils Coil Guide:
Single Mesh 0.12Ω: FreeMax rates it 400-550°F, best at 500°F. SS316L stainless single mesh for temperature control mode, the only one of the five not rated in watts.
Single Mesh 0.15Ω: FreeMax rates it 40-70W, best at 65W. Kanthal single mesh. Lowest wattage of the Kanthal coils, and the spare in the M Pro tank box.
Double Mesh 0.2Ω: FreeMax rates it 60-90W, best at 80W. Kanthal double mesh. The coil FreeMax fits as standard in the M Pro tank.
Triple Mesh 0.15Ω: FreeMax rates it 80-110W, best at 100W. Kanthal triple mesh. Starts at 80W like the quad mesh, so it is for mods that reach 100W.
Quad Mesh 0.15Ω: FreeMax rates it 80-120W, best at 100W. Kanthal quad mesh. Highest top wattage of the five.
