Description
The SMOK RPM 2 Pod Kit is the higher-powered successor to the original RPM 40, pairing a built-in 2000mAh battery with an adjustable 1-80W output in a body that still fits comfortably in the hand. Each kit ships with two 7mL pods: the RPM 2 Pod with a preinstalled RPM 2 Mesh 0.16ohm coil for direct-lung vaping, and the RPM Pod with a preinstalled RPM Mesh 0.4ohm coil for a restricted, mouth-to-lung draw. A 0.001-second firing speed and a 0.15-3.0ohm resistance range give the RPM 2 real range for a pod mod.
Operation is handled through a large fire button and a 1.14-inch full-color TFT display that shows wattage, voltage, resistance, puff time, puff count and battery level, with adjustment buttons on the side to dial wattage up or down. Both pods fill from the side through a rubber-plugged port, and coils press straight into the base of the pod, so swapping between the DL and MTL setups takes seconds. Airflow is fixed to suit each pod style, and the pods lock into the device magnetically for a secure fit.
The chassis is a zinc-alloy frame with a cobra-pattern resin panel, measuring 108.5mm tall by 31mm wide by 28.5mm thick and weighing 132g. Charging runs through a USB Type-C port at up to 1.4A, and the device supports pass-through vaping along with SMOK’s full lithium-ion protection suite for overcharge, over-discharge, over-current and short circuit. The box includes the RPM 2 device, both pods with coils installed, a Type-C cable and a user manual. Available in Bright Black and Prism Rainbow.
