Description
The Nitecore Ci2 Superb Charger is a compact, dual-slot intelligent charger built for the USB-C era. It draws power through a single USB-C input and accepts Quick Charge (QC) and Power Delivery (PD) sources, pulling up to 18W and pushing as much as 3,000mA into a single bay. That is enough to quickly top off high-capacity 21700 and 18650 cells whether you are at your desk or running off a power bank in the field.
Both bays are controlled independently, so you can charge two different batteries at once, even mixing chemistries and sizes. The Ci2 automatically identifies each cell and selects the correct charging mode (CC, CV, or -dV/dt), then adjusts current accordingly: 3,000mA in a single slot, or 1,500mA per slot when both are working in Fast Charge mode. It can also detect and revive over-discharged Li-ion cells that still have an intact protection circuit.
Compatibility is genuinely universal. The Ci2 handles Li-ion/IMR cells from tiny 10440s all the way up to 26700s, including popular 14500, 16340 (RCR123), 18350, 18650, and 21700 sizes, plus Ni-MH/Ni-Cd rechargeables in AAAA, AAA, AA, C, and D. Built from fire-retardant materials with reverse-polarity, short-circuit, over-charge, and over-discharge protection, it is a safe, travel-friendly companion for flashlight, vape, and everyday rechargeable batteries.
